DRINKING WATER

Tap water is not drinkable, please drink only bottled water. One complimentary bottle is provided per guest per day. Due to recycling, please do not remove empty bottle from the room as bottle charge will apply.

LIFT ACCESS & KEY CARD

Please return to Reception during check-out. Unreturned key cards will be charged THB 100 each.

OVERNIGHT VISITOR/JOINER REGISTRATION

For security, overnight visitors/joiners are required to register at Reception. Joiner fee is THB 1,000 per night.

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY

According to Thai law, indoor smoking is not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas of the hotel.
There will be a THB 3,000 fine/penalty for thorough cleaning services charged to any non- smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.

Please report to Reception should there be any violation on your floor.

EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES

To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, our hotel upholds a strict policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be fined.

Room entrance door should be kept closed for your own safety and to keep out noise.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted in hotel premises:

• Animals of any kind

• Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials

• Objects emitting a foul odour, such as Durian

• Unregistered firearms or other weapons

• Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities

• Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts

• Illegal drugs or other articles prohibited by Thai laws

Indra Regent Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss and damage that may be caused by such items.

SURCHARGES

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00noon.
For early arrival before 14:00, surcharge is THB 600; subject to room availability.
For early arrival before 06:00, the room must be booked one day in advance with a full day charge.
For late check-out after 12:00 until 15:00, surcharge is THB 600; 12:00 until 18:00, surcharge is THB 1,000 and subject to room availability.

CHILDREN

Maximum 2 children under 12 years old is allowed to share existing bed with 2 adults at THB 350 per child per night. Baby cot is complimentary upon request and subject to availability. Guests above 12 years old must pay THB 1,000 per night inclusive of extra bed.

EXTRA BED

Hotel reserves the right to charge for any additional guest above the number of guests shown on the booking confirmation. Additional guest charge is THB 1000 per night including extra bed.

DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY

For all reservations, a damage deposit of THB 3000 or USD/EURO 100 is required in cash or pre-authorisation on a credit card upon check-in.
Deposit will be returned upon check-out after deducting damage or incidental charges, if any.

Any loss or damage of items including furniture or fixtures in your room will be deducted from the deposit. To avoid being charged for any pre-existing damage, please immediately report to Reception.
