Booking policies

Children

one child up to 11 years is allowed to stay for free using the existing bedding however breakfast is not included and charged thb 300 per time. baby cribs are complimentary upon request and subject to availability. individuals above 12 years old are considered as adults by the hotel.

Extra bed

For superior and deluxe rooms, an extra bed for a third occupant is allowed and is chargeable at thb1000 per night including breakfast.

Requests

All requests are subject to availability and the hotel bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfill certain requests.

Room occupancy

The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for the respective room types:

• Studio: 1 person
• Superior room: up to 3 persons
• Deluxe room: up to 3 persons
• Superior triple & deluxe triple: up to 3 persons
• Junior suite: up to 3 persons
• Family suite & Deluxe family suite: up to 4 persons
• Residential suite: up to 4 persons

Hotel reserves the right to charge for any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.

Check-in / check-out policies

• check-in time is after 2 pm. and check-out time is 12 pm.
• for early arrival before 2 pm., surcharge is thb 600; subject to room availability.
• for early arrival before 6 am., the room must be booked one day in advance with a full day charge.
• for late check-out after 12 pm until 6 pm., surcharge is thb 1000; subject to room availability.

Deposits for damage or incidentalcharges 

For all reservations, a deposit of thb 3000 or usd/euro 100 is required in cash or pre-authorisation on a credit card for incidental charges upon check-in. deposit will be returned upon check-out after deducting damage or incidental charges, if any. 

Key card

There will be a thb 100 fee for each unreturned key card upon check out.

General policies

Damage to hotel property

The hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property or structure.

Safe deposit box

Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables in the in-room safe. the hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay.

Prohibited items

The following items are not permitted in the hotel premises:

• animals of any kind
• flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
• objects emitting a foul odour, such as durian
• unregistered firearms or other weapons
• objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
• articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
• illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by thai laws

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss and damage that may be caused by such items. 

Health and well-being policies

Excessive noise and parties

To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

Inappropriate behavior

Should any action by a guest towards other guests or our staff be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest which may result in being asked to leave without refund.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the hotel as well as smoking rooms. there will be a thb 3000 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.

Joiner

For security purposes, all joiners are required to register at the front desk and subject to joiner fee of thb 1000 per night.
